When will I get my order?

Orders are dispatched every Monday to Friday (excluding bank Holidays) with DPD next working day delivery. Please read or shipping policy for details of delivery to other areas.

I am after something not on the website?

If you want something from a brand we sell then we may well be able to source it for you. Most supplier delivery schedules differ so please contact us for a price and lead time.

I run a coffee shop, can I get trade prices?

Trade or consumer, our prices are as competitive as we can make them for single or small quantity purchases. However for bigger orders containing lots of items or large quantities we should be able to provide some meaningful discount. Please email us to discuss your requirements.

Can I return my item if I do not like it?

Any item not sold as second hand or in an end of life sale can be returned yes. The item(s) must be as they where when delivered e.g. Unused and in all the original packaging. Full details can be found in the returns policy linked at the bottom of the website.

My item has developed a fault in under a year?

All items unless noted otherwise have a one year limited warranty. The warranty will not cover misuse, lack of cleaning or damage caused by the customer. However we're happy to do our best to help whatever the situation so please do get in touch. Please contact us before returning anything. Some goods may go back to the manufacturer or be eligible for collection for example.

I have a security or data concern or question with using your website?

The website is operated on a world renowned ecommerce platform called Shopify. By the nature of using such a platform you the customer and ourselves benefit from the latest and most secure technologies.
